I eliminated the fuel tank control valve in the cab, now fuel pump is hooked directly to the drivers tank only .

No more air leak from that valve, I will run a balance/transfer hose from the bottom of the tank to the other tank like it should have been made in the first place, instead of that complicated air leaking spaghetti mess they came with .

It already runs better .

I made a weird bracket that straddles the back of a cargo hold down to mount my VRC antenna base and antenna element. I mounted it to the passenger side so it wouldn't interfere with unloading a full size spare tire and because the radio is also on the passenger side.

Next up is to wire up the aerial and install the radio under the seat!
Nothing weird ay all about that fabrication, US6x4; that there is an excellent piece of work!

I broke down 2 wheels and cleaned them up, painted them inside and put new O rings and turret valve seals. I learned, got a workout, bought a few tools, note the giant slide hammer is really the only one you need. Now I don't have any tires losing air and going flat...
That there, 8madjack, is one RIGHTEOUS cheater bar:
