The sprag works or should work in all grears. It only shifts into fwd in frist but it stays fwd unless you go into reverse.
I agree, I was in 2ed high spinning the front tires! I got proof
But from my understeding there are 2 airlines that go into the T-case for a forward and reverse engagement. When on a camping trip another member had to replace his T-case before his trip. He hooked up the 2 air lines backwards and only had 2 wheel drive.
Now my question is if you put a switch in the foward engagement line and left the reverse alone, would that be ok? I understand that you would be in 6x6 in reverse but in the forward gears you would be only be running on the rear axles. Anyone see a problem with this?
