82,

If you get a new plastic wiper motor that doesn't run right out of the box, I found that giving the motor a pulse of compressed air, right in the entry nipple freed up mine. Mine didn't work, and after taking it apart and finding nothing, I put 90psi into it in a blast and she started running. I guess the bypass valves are not always seated during assembly.

Lube it with MMO also. IMHO, do not buy nes plastic ones. They are jnk. Best bet is to find old used ones and change the levers.

Call Memphis Equipment and ante up for two new metal wiper motors...or buy an electric wiper motor kit.

Memphis Equipment has been running the electric kits on ebay. And they are bringing big bucks.

Drop me a line and I'll send you one or two of the plastic wiper motors. I couldn't get them off the truck fast enough so I could put metal ones on from Desert Deuce. If I had had the deep pockets at the time, I would have used the electric motors if I could have found them. But at least the exhaust air keeps you awake at night. I just wish I could find an in-line needle valve for the hose to cut the passengers wiper out when I don't need it (like on the interstate).

Cheers,
