I can't find a CDR valve anywhere.. not even a civvy one. Not on rockauto. Not at a GM dealer. Parts chains. Nowhere. Anyone still selling these things?
Steel Soldiers now has a few new forums, read more about it at: New Munitions Forums!
The Civilian 6.2 Diesel had one and I'm sure it would work. The mount will be slightly differnet use black zip ties!?Oh, and Wolf - I didn't know what it was till it broke either.
how did you clean the CDR valve? from some previous posts, there is some different opinions about cleaning them. thanks
I believe that the CDR Valve is not working,i have some smoke coming out of my oil tube and oil filler when the truck is running is this common with a bad CDR valve?
idk where to find a new CDR
there is a few on ebay right now
You could contact the company & confirm, but it clearly says 'CDR Valve' a.k.a., 'Tuna Can', and that it is for 6.2's 1988-1992 & 6.5 1992-2002 -anyone know?
remove it completely, clean with WD40 (Fog real good), reinstall, operate. When you "clean" the CDR valve, do you need to remove it? How long do you wait before firing the truck back up?
