I called Summit - not only are they going to match Race-Mart's price, they are going to arrange a drop-ship from Mile Marker so that I get it a week sooner. Summit rocks!

Does anyone have any of these? I believe for a M211? 8 years ago i found 5 new sets of these, cut off the bushing and machined alumiunm spacers and we used them on the M35 fronts, worked great.

According to UPS, they show up Monday. I will be installing them Monday night, but I can't take a test drive until I complete the muffler install (walker 21470). I am waiting on a 7-inch clamp to bolt it to the original mount with. The muffler is on right now - it is a lot quieter, but until I secure it in place, I can't take it anywhere.
On my old duece I had a set of front hubs that I bored the splined out of. It made a huge difference but was a pain when I needed 6-wheel drive.

I ordered a set from Summit within the past couple months and they definitely came with the spacers. Wish I had known about the price matching... 
Oddly enough, it turns out that I can't use the lockouts on my truck. I installed them and drove with them for a couple weeks but then all of the sudden I started getting gears banging together inside the t-case whenever the hubs were unlocked and I was braking to a stop. Weirdest thing. *shrug* I guess I'll just have to save them for the bobber and hope the same thing doesn't happen.

goldwing2000, does your Deuce have a Sprag type transfer case? I don't believe lockout hubs will work on a Deuce that has a Sprag transfer case. When they are unlocked, I believe it can cause bad things to happen in the transfer case.

Those were modified 8 years ago, and long gone. I am sure there are guys on the SS board that have some of these locking hubs?

No, it's an air shift. Near as I can figure, some bushing or stopper somewhere has worn out and the engaging gear for the front shaft is sliding forward when I'm braking. Its not an issue when the hubs are locked because everything is already spinning at the same speed but when the front is unlocked, the gears bang together. If it mattered, I'm sure I could take the case apart and figure it out but I'll just leave the regular drive flanges on the wheels. If the bobber does the same thing, then I will definitely be figuring out WTF.

The hubs came about two hours ago. They don't go on as easy as you would think. I struggled to get the bolts in for quite a while until I realized that I was going to have to ream the holes just a bit. I think that the spacer plate has it's holes located correctly, but the hubs were not quite right. I was able to put two bolts on then use a 1/2" drill to perform a little field expedience on them. After that, the bolts were just tight instead of impossible to install. I will be contacting Mile Marker about their quality control for sure. If they are going to make the holes snug on the bolts, they need to be in the right spots!
