Fellow Deuce Fans,
Today while driving my Deuce (1971 Gen Prod Div) around town I hit a fairly large bump doing about 30 miles an hour. I know, not a good decision, but if I would have seen it coming I wouldn't have hit it.
That being said, after I hit the bump I pressed on the accelerator...
I am 23 and have a speeding ticket and an accident (sue me, I'm not perfect). Geico is $300 a year. Hagerty wouldn't insure me because my daily driver is under my mom's policy. I didn't think about State Farm or Allstate but may check those to see if it is any cheaper.

Being a grad student I don't have much expendable cash, so I'm probably going to keep her fairly stock. I would like to hook up some lighting in the bed for the offroad...
Drove from Auburn, AL to Fort Gillem, GA on Friday and picked up my first Deuce, a 1971 Gen. Prod. Div M35a2. She was a little low on oil and has one leaky wheel cylinder and some rust, but other than that, she's a beaut. John (Jon) from Gov Liq had already pulled her out of her spot and had...
