What are the wire numbers that plug into each gauge? Temp? Volts/BATT? Fuel? oil pressure?

When turned on no power to the electric fuel shut off? It just stays shut off and will not start.? When I run a separate line of electric (24V) straight from the batt it works and starts up? What do I need to look at is there a breaker some where?
