Ok, I tested the batteries. One tests fine. The other was @ 10.3v and dropped to 9.1v under load. So I put it on a charger and will test it again in the morning. Thanks For all your help Cecil

Well I bit the bullet and bought one out of Albany GA. I put in 2 batteries and she started right up. I need to build a load bank to test her under load but that will be a project. After that I plan on wiring her up to the house. here's a short video...
