although not GA, I did ask my state's DMV about using my m817 for a test and they also said no. As others have said, rent a truck that meets all the modern requirements. that is what I am going to do. best wishes lou

a lot of folks do it just the way you are suggesting

from my experience, the air comming out of that port between the 2 valves is comming from the valves themselves. the center port is simply the exhaust port for either valve once it switches. at least that was the problem on my m817 best wishes lou

thanks all my dump has the pto. it seems that not only do you need that. but you have to also add the extra linkage to control the pto when you are winching. thanks for the photos. lou now to find a reasonably priced set up
