    Engine swap poll

Dending on what your version of heavy is, they might be. They around about 1100 lbs, as for the height I can't speak. I don't have any experience with CUCV's. However if I had to take a complete shot in the dark, I would imagine a set of new Heavy duty springs would over come the weight and...

    Engine swap poll

You should consider swapping a Cummins 5.9 12v into it. Easy swap and its an all mechanical motor, that's arguably the most reliable motor ever made. Also you can turn them up and make good power with a screw driver and Allen wrench. If you want more power then you could throw a set of...

    M246 Wrecker spark plug help

After some experimenting we got a plug out, a 21mm fits it. It requires an extra deep socket, its just over 2 1/4 inches to get the socket on it. Which is deeper then a spark plug socket and deep well impact sockets 😧. Any advice or suggestions before I order an extra deep socket?

    M246 Wrecker spark plug help

Hello all, we recently rebuilt the carter 750 cfm competition carb for our 5 ton Wrecker and wanted to replace the plugs before we get her dialed in. After taking off the steel braided line to a plug we realized you can't remove it with a wrench and a deep well socket is too shallow, any ideas?

    M246 does it sound right?

The hoses to the crane? What packing? And what's DH? I'm not very familiar with 5 tons, I know a little bit and am mechanically inclined so I'm looking forward to getting it back to being road worthy.

What to look for when purchasing a Deuce and a Half
