Just like you can hear between 0:29 and 0:31 the transmission makes a clunking sound but it only happens in the morning with cold engine. It sounds like someone taps a steel part with a hammer.

If the valve is like the one depicted in #66, there is no right/wrong way to install it, that is the one I have and it either stop the flow or lets it through.... (or anywhere in between) regardless of the "Direction" you installed it in.
