So, I am just fishin here but you shouldn't have gear oil flowing out of the filler port. I mean oil will swell a little when it gets warm - but not like the stream you have pouring out of the filler port. I am also a little concerned that your "Oil after 8 Months" looks so black. Maybe if...
.
And, if you want to hunt it down with a little automation - get yourself a can of carb cleaner or a can of starting fluid - and spray it onto the rubber hoses. If the engine speeds up, you found your vacuum leak...

Welcome to the Outfit!
Looks like you have a pretty good looking rig. Definitely nice that you have already downloaded the TM's and started going through them... Yep, everything gets drained. Every gearbox gets drained and some of them get the plugs put back in them - and others don't. No...

Welcome to the Outfit!
I suggest that you go download the TM's for your truck.
They will answer a lot of questions and give you flow charts on diagnosing the problems you might come across.

Welcome to the group and picture us up when...

NAPA or your friendly neighborhood parts house.
Just BE SURE that you get DOT 5 (Not DOT 5.1).
I would get several quarts. You can always return it if the seal isn't broken.

Wow! That is a NEAT truck...
Seems like you might have a nice place to work on it as well.
In the shade - under the trees.
Those are some monster tires too.

Dang Right!
It goes out and runs around, goes back to the charging station and "gasses up" and does it all over again. Only thing you need to know is that the remote lawn mowers WILL NOT deal with tall grass...
Husqvarna 115H shown above works really well on flat ground. Start it up...

Welcome @DieselDr ,
Welcome to the Outfit! Don't hesitate to go to the TM (Technical Manual) section and download the MEP003 books. If you have questions, don't hesitate to open a new thread - and take pictures - and post your questions.
.
Might be that Tractor Supply would have a little trailer - without sides - that you could mount the MEP onto. Like @FarmingSmallKubota mentions, 1200 pounds on tiny tires might make you unhappy. On the other hand if it sits most of the time who cares...
.
Yes. Go to the "HELP" section of your local parts house and pick up a pair of handles and install them.
@chucky used that idea and it worked really well.
