Is that a 250 Cummins under the hood?
Do the 5th sliders have to be cut down and does the 5th wheel have to be changed for a lower civi model. That looks like a high sitting truck.
That truck has a bunch of work into it.
But the asking price is insane, but at least it has a towing package and is COMPLETELY SUBMERSIBLE.
My Samurai is also completely submersible....but it's going to take some work to get it running again :p
We (some) want the truck, but not the wheelbase. We also want our truck to drive down the highway at 75 mph
I want to daily drive my future truck.
Here's a link that describes the truck families. I guess it's accurate...

A little searching will reveil detailed info about each series of trucks.
I like the idea of a 20' box on a M814. Unfortunately, the 3 for sale in Indy today didn't get to see me check them out. They looked a bit rusty.
But, I'd like to make the box removable. 4 hydo arms that would lift and deposit the can on the ground. Or maybe a bed similiar to a rollback.
What is the GVW of the 900 series road tractors? Are they similiasr to a class 8 tractor? 34k on the drives and 12k on the steers? I'm thinking about hauling containers locally and the auction trucks are selling at decent prices.
When was the last time the tax man knocked on your door?
85% WMO to 15% RUG filtered to 2 micron is pretty standard for most any truck. If the fuel isn't centrifuged, you can get a sludge build up in the bottom of the tank.
