Strap coverings need to breath, if the materiel does not breath and allow the moisture to dry, you will have rust forming under the straps. Seatbelt materiel is good for this.

Correct, a Frame straightening/repair/alignment shop, not the tire place. They will check your frame and see if anything is out of whack. You need to see if anything is wrong or if all is OK with the frame and work from there. Some people can take measurements on the driveway and figure things...

Try the frame alignment first. Some shops charge by the hour or inspection, I have been lucky to get the inspection for free and pay if they fix any problem they find.

Run by Wally World and grab the 1 gal container of their TCW3 oil. Drop a quart each fill up. Runs real quiet now. Used all year around.
