Can you legally own a functional T34?

Heck yeah, as long as it's here then you're fine. Even if you had to build a whole new main gun you could still register it as a DD. The only restriction to new manufacture is machine guns/automatic weapons. And you won't find any rounds, not unless you bought the components across the pond...

Can you legally own a functional T34?

Yep I've seen that club, I think they or one of their sister museums put this together and for some others too. http://www.massimocorner.com/afv/Surviving_Praga_Jesterka.pdf So you are a U.S. citizen working in CZ? Do you mean you want to reimport U.S. stuff back into the U.S.? If that's the...

Need some help. Will Wagner, anyone...need wiring scematics for M-48 and V-300

Does anyone have a complete wiring schematic for the M-48 with the 12CYL CONTINENTAL GAS ENGINE. I know there is one somewhere online of the diesel one. I need the gasoline one. This thing is driving me nuts and I don't care about any other systems at the moment except engine operation. The...

Can you legally own a functional T34?

Sure you can, in fact here in the U.S.A. you can reactivate the cannon and mount live registered DP in the coax. The plus side of where you are is that europe still has all the goodies and still relatively cheap. A good solid T-34 proect that's complete can be had for about $10K USD and there...

    Fresh from Egypt

You know...if you could find (get) the paperwork that showed where we gave it to them and it had been held in their military for more than 5 years you could legally buy it and never have to worry about getting a transfer reauthorization from the State Department. The above M60A3 is not an...

    M8 Armored Car in Iraq

Hey bud, this actually might be possible if you can find paperwork on it. Something to prove it was purchased by the Iraqi military and has been held by Iraqs military for 5+ years. Then U.S. State Department reauthorization can be circumvented and it is now despite it's original manufacture it...

Tatra 912-2, Still stumped for extra airflow/cooling

AWESOME! THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!!! These are fantastic ideas!!!!! :D :D :D And voltage-wise.......everything is 12VDC on my truck with the exception of the starter and weapons which are 24VDC. I can tie into either the 12V or 24V bank so there is some flexibility here with that.

Tatra 912-2, Still stumped for extra airflow/cooling

If I could get it under the drivers side fenderwell that'd be awesome but the skirts come down so far it's kinda difficult. If you look how the nose is shaped, the downward angled panels in front of the doors continue all the way down below the frame so if the wheel hits a mine the blast gets...

OK, I'm gonna check this out, thanks so much bud! :D Hey, I notice your fan is open in this pic? Don't you have a deflector/shroud that clips down in between your intake manifolds and also a skirt on each side of the block? Here's some videos of mine, look under the intake manifoild and you...

Being you have the V-12, how does your cab feel temperature wise? Does each bank of 6 dump air directly down or off at an angle like mine?

Tatra 912-2, Still stumped for extra airflow/cooling

Most everything here is for liquid applications. The only air stuff is for aircraft and it's not the type I need. Next place was an AC place and they found what I need for $500 and there's no way I'm spending that on a switch. Somewhere there is something that would work and be inexpensive...

Thanks for the offer Robo, I may take you up on it in the future. My Jesterka has very few KM on it and everything is new but I have been replacing the old paper gaskets with new synthetic compound ones. Duncan, that actually crossed my mind too. Something like the magnesium strip in an...
