    I'm an idiot!!! - Fermont MEP-802A 5kW

Yes, they are in correctly now. Still no power. He said it sparked a lot when he tried to connect the last terminal. I came in corrected the cables and there is nothing.

    I'm an idiot!!! - Fermont MEP-802A 5kW

I let someone install new batteries and they put them on backwards. Gen will not start. PLEASE tell me there's a fuse somewhere! We are at the scene of a tornado here in Texas (Laguna Heights) trying to lend a hand.

Who In Humveedom Knows - IP Question

    Who in Humveedom has information on a cross-over for a Stanadyne IP - DB2831-6278? This is for a non-turbo 6.5L on a M1097R 4 speed. Someone offered me a new DB2831-6282 for $600, but I've been told that's for a turbo.

Thank you. The engine is no longer seized. Turning over very well now. Just need to put the new plugs in (but first get the broken electrode part out of cylinder #2).

    1999 M1097 4 speed 6.5L seized motor

Okay...we pulled the glow plugs (three of them broke off due to swelling) and filled each hole up each with 50/50 Marvel oil and AFT. Do I need to attempt to extract the broken plug ends before I try and turn this over? If so, what is the best way to get those MF's out?

PURCHASED HMMWV WITH NO MODEL YEAR ON DOCUMENTS - TEXAS

Yes, a three speed. The block casting number ending in 506 (12555506) leads me to believe it's a 1994, 1995, or 1996. But then my DMV won't care about that....lol

PURCHASED HMMWV WITH NO MODEL YEAR ON DOCUMENTS - TEXAS

So I have a m1097 with a serial number of 500813 and no year model date here in Texas. What are my options to get a title when there is no model date on my paperwork? I searched for this subject on SS before I asked. Thank you

    transmission reset

Same thing. This time I replaced the breaker, the TCM, and I made sure the TCM was getting power. Then I just bypassed the breaker. Still in limp mode. 1997 M1097-A2.

I turned to motor over a couple times by using a long handled socket wrench and putting a socket on the crank shaft bolt.
