The box is a tuner/antenna coupler for a Harris HF radio. The tall items are antenna mounts. They can be used for any antenna base with a NATO std four hole base. I would be interested in the tuner if that's yours.

Baofeng is a brand of Chinese radio. The ones sold in this country are handhelds in the amateur 2 meter and 70cm bands. The antenna you have will work with a 70cm band (420-450 mhz).

That is not a bridge truck. Bridge trucks are on a 5 ton chassis. 5 ton rims won't fit a m123 as the center hole is too small to go over the hubs.

Can you post pictures of the jack rails for the side steps and how they attach?

My euc shows being sent to tsc 4/19, but nothing yet.

Once Govplanet sends the euc to Battle Creek, it is out of their hands. The delay at that point lies solely with trade security. As patracy pointed out, time is not a concern of govt agencies. They operate on their own schedule, as suits them.
