    Properly maintained, the A2 brake system is a good system. BUT it must be properly maintained. Reference the TM for proper maintenance, and a GOOD PMCS before, during, and after will prevent most problems

    The FOB's were always getting hit by rockets and mortars (trust me I know). It is VERY possible that the CUCV got hit while sitting on the FOB. We lost several vehicles in the motor pool due to rockets mortars, Ect.

    Disconnect it and forget that it ever existed. No really, disconnect it. The older CTIS is crap and will cause nothing but problems

    Original manufacture date, and RE-manufacture date are two different things. Are you getting your info off of the data plates or the frame?

    Another Oil Question

    Whatever you use add Lucas oil additive to it. I swear by the stuff and will never change my oil without it.
