I think I have seen pics of that truck before. The inside was really nice. I would pull an old 105 for storage if you are going to serve food out of it. not a lot of room back there.
the return rollers and road wheels work fine for the t55 track. i am just not sure how much you have to do to the final drives to swap the sprockets out. I am also not sure if the track pin return would have to be ground off or not either.
People have swapped the sprockets from a t55 onto t34s and I know that there is track that uses track pads for the t55. I imagine that there isn't much rubber out thre for those funny center guide driven track they wrapped the t34s with.
I didn't know that there were so many HMMWVs out there to trash a specific park. There can't be that many 998s in the area.
Sounds more like Hummer bad, keep away then that particular model is doing that much damage.

Message from Varyag's wife:
Thanks Aaron and Amber for hosting this again. We had a great time. Our 800+ mile convoy was quite an adventure and our son can't wait to do it again despite tempuratures of about 103 F on HWY 24 on our drive home. I added some photos that I took starting in...
Wheeeeeeeeee
I had a great time, it was quite an adventure for us. We put about 800 miles on the 1009 and the deuce.
Special thanks to Scott for being the butt of our jokes Saturday night. He was a dern good sport about us giving him ****.
That was a good time. Totally worth it.
Sorry...
Thanks man. My pump sys is kinda fubar'd atm. My 105 went wild on the way to Tony's place and chucked everything around in it. Lucky I have my barrel racheted down really well. It was pulling the back of the deuce back and forth... I grabbed my seat without my hands on that one.
The HW was...
Deuce loaded, new breaks on the 1009, checked my bearings again tonight and the wife grabbed a heat gun. East side convoy PT1 to start in a couple hours.
Ohh yeah, Scott, bring your WO pump. My setup is a pile of crap atm.
