Looking for M37 Owner from Weare Rally

Tanner, I'm not sayin' I buy it, but it did work on my old Chevy and it's worth at least a minutes research. I agree, not likely to get 3mpg from just a fan.

    M37 "creating" legroom

Even for free it will be a lot and I mean A LOT of work to get this going again and a lot of money and time. I wouldn't (but I'm not that ambicious). In my mind, it's a parts truck.

    M37 "creating" legroom

Probably a Mopar 318 or 360 V8 hooked to an auto transmission. No driveshaft and the engine "install" is less than complete. How much of a project are you looking for and what do you want the end result to be? If you want a basically stock, original M37 you will need a 230 flathead and manual...

Looking for M37 Owner from Weare Rally

An electric fan at 24V can't be cheap if they even exist. I'd like to retain a somewhat original look.

Looking for M37 Owner from Weare Rally

He claimed better cooling and a 3mpg gain probably due to lighter weight. I ran a fan with flexible blades in my 72 Nova years ago and it did get me a mpg boost.

    M37 "creating" legroom

Looks like an M37 to me, someone probably just attached a logo to the hood. It looks like a project, if that's what you are after.

Looking for M37 Owner from Weare Rally

At the Weare, NH Rally last weekend, I spoke briefly to an M37 owner who had installed a "plastic" cooling fan in his M37. I'm interested in a part number, so if anyone knows who he is or how I can contact him, please speak up. TIA Truck had NH Antique plates, I may have a photo of the plate...

    Aluminum Cleaner/Polish

I have a Mermite Can that I'm looking to spiff up and was looking for a good aluminum polish/cleaner for the inside of the can. I have all kinds of stuff for fiberglass, plexi, cars etc but need something safe for the Aluminum. Any recommendations?

    DC-3??? flying over all day

Looks to be set up for aerial mapping, which would explain the number of flights. Each pass has to overlap, so they will fly back and forth to cover a given area. Markings may be to calm the nervous nellies.

One month to the 25 annual Weare rally!!

Yep! Thankfully, I got to ride in the cab as I needed to get out to take pics at the gravel pit. Not sure I could have taken the a** pounding sitting on a bench in the back.... When he almost got it stuck, the looks on some of the faces in the back was priceless as they thought it was going to...

    Posting Links

I used to be able to cut and paste a web link into a reply for a thread. For a while now, when I hit ctrl V (paste) the link won't paste, I have to type in the link longhand. I'm wondering if something has happened here? I can't be sure, but I think it happens both at work and home, so maybe...

    Anyone towed a M-54 with a M-52???

Wonder if you could get one of those 5th wheel mounted tow booms I see the commercial guys use? Pick up the front end of the M54 and put weight on the drive axles of the tractor.
