I had the same problem with the door pins !! I used my torch and heated the hinge and then used a punch and tapped them up out the top of the hinge , then I used a bolt to replace the pin !!!

You can jump the wires on your 3 lever switch and get the running lights to work with the head lights and the light will still work correctly when you go into blackout mode. Just search it out and it will give the correct wires to jump.

If you do that on the road, take out the rear most drive shaft between the rears, so the lifted axle DOES NOT turn !!!

You can consider a NTC 350 or NTC 400 it will fit under the hood of the M816 !! get one of those from a salvage yard truck !!

Careful about turning up the fuel on the NHC 250 the pistons "DO NOT " have oil squirter on them for cooling .. If you turn up the fuel to far you take a chance of melting the pistons . But be sure to add a Pyrometer / EGT gauge to your truck to monitor the exhaust temps !! . These small cam...

I have lighted bumper guide poles on my M813A1 W/W I juat use some small "U" bolts and drilled the bumper and bolted them up run some wire and put a 24v bulb in the tip !! I found them on E bay !! for about $25.00 US. They look Good you will like if you put them on !!

what ever you do I would pull it out backwards that would make it easier to get unstuck !! If you drove it into the mud ,pulling it out backwards will be easier because you will not have to pull the heavier drive axles into the ruts . That way you will only have the drag from the front axle...

you might track the wires down, because you might have a broken wire on that one circuit ??

You could use the AB-15 antenna base with the MS-116, MS-117, MS-118 antenna sections to a length of 110 " inches and that would work go for your CB and it should work as well for the radio
