Just inherited a m35a2 and need some assistance.
When I was working in Kitzingen Germany, a unit had a M900 series 5ton that idled smoothly but when it was road tested it had no power. Disconnected Fuse Box Wire
Have you looked in TM9-2320-289-20 schematics. There are so many types of truck, I found it was easier to print out the schematics and separate your type of vehicle and then trace your wire from there and follow it. -

Check that the return fuel line is open or else truck won't start!
