    Transfer Case removal/replacing

Absolutely Rustystud. I been working for someone else and a paycheck since I was 14 and that don't include field work for local farmers and the usual assortment of odd jobs kids had back then for "extra money". Heck I can even remember asking my dad for permission to get a job. His answer was...

Mulemac01 M275 2 1/2 ton Gas truck tractor ON-GOING restoration and rebuild tread.

What a blessing that you had a spare engine. Cudo's to you for keeping it gas! Anything salvageable from the old one, distributor, carb etc. never know when they might come in handy.

    Brand new 2017 M1078A1P2

Love the suicide armored doors. Bet they take a good tug to get them moving. Are the bed seats armored so you can take reasonable cover in the bed? Is the engine upgraded HP and Torque?

    Winch and Bumper Project

"Boy Howdy Roy" can I relate. We just got hit with a blizzard and got 3 feet of heavy damp snow. Drive way is about half a mile from the county road. Been digging out the last two days and have one to go. What would life be without interruptions to your plans. Gotta chuckle.

    Cheap 12V Diesel Transfer Pump

Thanks to the OP for the thread. I am considering buying one of these as well. I would appreciate your feedback after you have used it a few times. Does it have or need a separate static ground when you are pumping?

    Deuce moves 240,000 lb load

It looks like you may have fabricated a lift beam for the bottom of the tank. I imagine you had another lift and skate on the far side of the tank. Probably multiple beams and skates along the length of the tank. Perhaps multiple lifts in stages till you were able to get skates under the...

As always, great write-up and pics. I can't recall if you have covered this previously--do you make your own gaskets or is their kits still available? Or do you try to reuse old gaskets? new Viton o-rings?
