Not too sure on this. The M38A1's came with 5.38:1 gears w/ a Borg-Warner T-90 and Spicer 18 transfer case. Front axles were Dana 25/27 and the rear was a Dana 44.

Drove mine to the Memorial Day service at the VA Medical Center in Marion, IN today. It got a lot of thumbs up and everyone seemed to enjoy it.
