I found out today from tsc that they didn't get my Euc until 23 days after GP said tsc had received it. I am raising serious **** tomorrow as this is unacceptable

It's getting old fast. If I was told the truth the first 2 times, I wouldn't be as pissed but I also wouldn't have made the purchase. 10k is not chump change to me and having it tied up over twice the expected wait time makes me see red

Hopefully my Euc clears soon as it's been way past what I was told twice. Once it does I'm going to have to pay a company to deliver since my truck isn't reliable enough for a 16 hour total trip. Has anyone used veritread? If so were you happy? Are any other companies a better option? Thanks

I think them not getting money till theeuc clears is a great idea. They would be finished in less than half the time they are now. I love how they keep changing their wait times when I call as I'm sure they knew from the very start how long it'd take.
