    816 Jakes and Turbo !!!!

Likely it is, the 250 pumps dont vary much. the PT pumps dont vary much either, as they were essentually just a giant fuel lift pump to maintain pressure to the valve/cam timed injection.

    816 Jakes and Turbo !!!!

i have run the 250 number through Cummins before and they have no record of it. Thus it was something proprietary to the contractor that was rebuilding them for the military.. I forget the specs on the tag, but its some offshoot of Cummins under a Mil contract.

    816 Jakes and Turbo !!!!

Yes, Ive read that link several times before, I know how to test it, I just have no ambition to wade through the snow to the truck to slip and fall off the truck(for the 3rd or 4th time, last time ended in a broken hand) and freeze while attempting to get it cranked only to work on it in the...

    smaller steering wheel

Ok,,, I dont have gutteral interferance, but a slightly smaller wheel on my 816 would be nice as I keep getting my hand caught between the wheel and the door edge, and or the window crank, especially while backing with gloves on.... Im just wanting about 2" out of the diameter..... Otherwise...

    Off topic,,, but Georgia beware.

as most of us have other hobbys that involve armament and the "accessories" to hang off the armament. Georgia residents beware of some legislation titled HB-731 coming up. basically the gun grabbers are at it again intending to allow seizure of semi and detach magazine weapons. Thankfully I...

Basically the engine in the 816 is a depot NHC 250 from 1988. was naturally aspirated and is now jaked and turbo'd by parts robbed from the donor (scrap...
