These trucks are wider than you would think. 76" is what I measured for the rear tires. I had to back mine on the trailer too.

When I installed my gauge it read 130 . After the truck cooled off I removed the sending unit and added coolant through the hole . Cranked it back up and read about 160 . It had an air pocket and was not toching the coolant.

If you are buying from GL plan on a complete maintanance. Buying from an individual it will depend on how he kept it up.

Throttle cable should still be availible from GM. Mine broke on the other end.

Seal will come with the oil pan gasket.

I am getting ready to do the same thing for a repaint. I will soak them with PB ,but I think some may require the blue wrench.

I like the idea of seeing it on the computer before actually touching the truck. Wish I knew more about computers.
