all this talk of fuses melting reminded me of a TSB that GM put out awhile back about using Harbor Freight or chinese fuses. They would not blow and could cause damage. the number of the tsb was #07-08-45-002 the tsb said General Motors has become aware of a fuse recall by Harbor Freight...
