1x2 square stock is welded between the cabs then 16 guage over top. i cut out the cancer then welded on top of good steel..I still need to under coat the bottom.

1.what thickness sheet metal did you use for the cab and floors? 16 ga 2. Did the 2x8's get you in the ball bark with height and then some fine tuning with the bottle Jacks. Yes the 2x8 got it close to mount the 2nd cab rear cab mount, the bottle jacks to aling the front of the 2nd to the rear...

The are 16s on HEMMT , no issues.

inspection went fine, I beleive it was 46 3/8 that we removed from the bed. This was with remooving the factory hoist/tire mount.

Also with the CTIS removed, did you plug the holes in the hub that the CTIS connected to ?

Well I removed my CTIS, I found the leak in the process of removing. So if anyone needs a part I have them. So those that have removed their CTIS, what tire pressures are you running front and rear? I put 70 in the front and 60 in the rear to start, as the manual say CTIS should be at 70 on...

Bed is painted, spent the weekend wiring up my reverse lights, plate light and some seals for my windows. Getting inspected tomorrow. Still need to finish up the tire mount and crane and finish the seat for the rear of the crewcab.

So my tach stopped working, the 90 degree drive gear adapter coming out of the injector pump is broke. Is it possible to repair? The coupling attached to the worm gear broke ? Is their a source for new/used replacements ? I have search just did not find a part number .. Thanks
