    My 880

If mine sits for a couple of days I have to pump the gas pedal 4-6 times, hold it 1/2 way to the floor then crank till it starts. ( 3-5 seconds at a time ) never had to turn the key more than 3 times when doing it this way. My timing is set a little advanced ( I think 6 deg. ) you can get NOS...

    Dip Stick Measurement

Unless my math is wrong, your set up would only give you 10" of dip stick in the block, where we should have 18 1/8 ", My "Add" line is 2 3/8th" from the tip of the stick, my "full" line is 3 3/8" from the tip of the stick. Your dip stick is too short to measure the oil in your truck...

    M880 Picture Thread

A lot of times it is because of a hole in the brass float, easy to change once you drop the tank. my dealer told me they were a discontued item but you can get new aftermarket floats off the net .

    M880 motor swap ???

I agree with Elwenil 100% on this one. Altho the 318 does everything I need it to do, If I ever need to replace the motor a fresh 360 will be going in it's place. Even though I do show my truck from time to time and put it in parades the truck is never shown with the hood up, and even if it...

    M880 electrical questions

Here is the deal with the lights on these things, Yes the rear lights ground threw the metal housing to the bed of the truck, HOWEVER it is able to do this ONLY if there is a good connection from the actual light socket itself to the metal housing.... Remember, these sockets are pressed into...

M880 Horn only works part time?

I doubt you can get just the mount for the blackout lights ( cat eyes ) you will probably have to find another truck for parts. Horn: no copper = no contact. you probably need new parts. grease is usually for coroson protection and the horn should work without it. if the horn was working...

    Old dog, New trick...

Thanks for the remarks, I agree it should be a little quicker presentation and have some music. But as of right now I do not know how to add music to the show. I do not have any music files currently on my computer and I am not sure how to get them without paying a fee. Is there a free site...
