Rear Axles have a slight built in Camber and if you tilt one you would change it. Look up rear axle camber on Google it explains it.

Sounds like you need to raise the RPMs a little which will bring the voltage and Cycles up at the same time. That is all I can offer. Hook your meter up while you do it and watch the voltage.

All these years I have been using a Vice and sockets to do it and they have a tool. I might have to save up for one of those!
