Might have to look at the linkage underneath. Maybe something is slowly coming loose or try lubing the swivel spots. Thats all the easy stuff. If that aint it hope its not the transfer case.

I heard one key fits all. If ya know someone with a CUCV you can probly get a key made from his key and use that one.
