I changed mine out yesterday, and found this on the web.... Close latch push in tab at top inside the glove box Turn to unlatch position and pull lock out. un-screw collar. Reverse to re-install.

Doghead, In doing the GP relay with 12v this way, did you have to add a manual GP relay switch, or does "wait" light and relay still work correctly with the key switch? UncleSam

I updated the photos with new info should make it easier to see, about where the wires are connected and where there going to. I didn't get a chance to check about the starter relay. I hope that the new info helps track down the source of the cut wire. Looking at your first picture again...
