I'll third this. The cable works loose from these factory connectors over years of removing and installing them by twisting against the cable/connector. Using a terminal puller will help prevent this, but swapping to the crimp or clamp style terminals is probably better.
Did you forget the camera?? Man, what a tease.
Phil2968,
I have to do a double take everytime I catch you avatar on the second frame... That sure could be mistaken for something dirty.
ARRGGHHH!! The red is burning my eyes! Make it stop!!! :D
You really need to warn a guy first.
And, you really should have those pins chromed...
Sweet. I agree with Flyingvan911. You really should give them a good off-road once over. It really is the BEST way to show support for your local sheriff's department.
And, take lots of pics while you are at it!:D
I think this depends on who you get at the MVA. Generally, the SF-97 comes with a dealer re-assignment/transfer form from Florida, too, which allows GL to transfer the SF-97 that is in their name to you. The titling is usually the easy part. Getting the historic tags can be a challenge at some...
First off, Congratulations!
Technically, all this means is that the truck was repainted at that time. I've seen lots of trucks with "paint rebuilds" that weren't actually overhauled, so don't base it soley on the CARC date...
Wow! So, did you mean to say it pulled *right* to start with?
You have replaced the hoses and calipers at this point? Did the right side bleed freely, like the steel line was not plugged? Is the steel line pinched anywhere from the proportioning valve over to the wheel?
Which means it is the M103A3 flatbed 1.5-ton variant with 9.00x20 tires.
Incidentally, the M101 series only ever got a single MEP-003 because of their weight.
