    Take the rear road wheel off and move the rear idler forward. I have would think with as few of these in private hands you'd want to keep it stock. Where on the hull are you going to find the space you need?

    Go to NAPA they or any of the big box part stores can fix you up. I've got the same problem and a switch swap didn't fix it. Good luck.

    Just tow it. I have an old harbor fright tow bar and an old bumper with the mounts on it I use. The only thing I do is bungy cord the stearing wheel. If you have a military tow bar use it.

    Rubber track install

    Just move the track ajuster and reaar idealer wheel. You would only have to drill some holes. Lots less work than cutting the body. Or you coild just buy a couple of crates of pads and go with the orginal sysyem. ;)
