Spent a day cleaning all the lights on the exterior and volla everything now lights and flashes as it should. :mrgreen:
Cleaned all the contacts on the instrument panel when I installed one, mine was awol when I got the truck. I also cleaned the fuse box and the ground above the parking...
I though I'd document my attempt to convert a R442 Aux radio. My plan is to use the shell to house another type of player and use the external speaker for the sound.

This is how I had to stop my truck when I first fire it up. I cleaned the ground bracket and the clip on the end of the wire above the emergency brake and everything is working fine now. So follow the motto "clean it if it's eletrical" is good advice.
Where in Tulsa are you picking up? I have to work saturday but won,t be off untill around six in the evening. Incan give you some tips on getting around Tulsa. Lots of construction around here now.
