Glowshift has a combo EGT, boost and temp gauge. I was debating that and having the temp gauge be for the transmission temp. I have the stock hmmwv tach which works well.

visualg, the missing grommet was also missing on mine. It ended up being the perfect spot to mount a keyed main electric cutoff kit from hummerpartsguy. I use that both for security and an easy way to kill the electric when working on the humvee

I have a set of centramatic balancers for a hmmwv. They have probably 4000 miles on them before I switched to aftermarket wheels and tires. I paid $250, listing at $150.

You can easily get a temp gauge and install it later if desired from any number of sources. Maybe they suggested it since I said I want to tow with it.
