To my knowledge he only had ONE M103. It was sold prior to the auction and sold to a private collector in Maine. The M50 Sherman sale fell through and is still owned by Collings. It is my understanding it is still for sale
All I see for parts are the bumper, bumperettes, muffler, and a tie down shackle. I would not take a chance putting any of the suspension parts on my jeep as they may of bent ever so slightly or damaged.
G838 is a forum dedicated to the M151, post it there and see if anyone can help you.
I said that because Jwade said (jokingly I presume) that he wanted to try to get some $80K HMMWVs to sell. Then I joked back with that line. Didn't say US ones were worthless, i'm just saying the Arabic HMMWVs sold for $50K more than the average GP HMMWV:whistle:
If someone has a contact with the kids, see if the local MVPA wants to get involved to try to sell some of the stuff. Lots of good stuff there, hopefully it doesn't meet a said end. I could sit there all day parting out the chopped M151s
Great seeing everyone. That goat ran great, however it did have some competition for the loudest vehicle. I think there were at least two 3-53 powered M37s at the show that I thought sounded even louder than the goat.
The military musuem of Southern New England has a cargo truck and a van. They might be willing to sell one of them.
