    evolution yes I noticed the 900 series trucks are being sold off now. Seems like normal progression to me. They got rid of the deuces (G742 series or sumthin) and the 800 series 5 tons, now along come the 900 series trucks to be discarded from active duty. Works for me. :beer:

    I purchased them at a Goodyear commercial truck tire place here in town and they ran $26 a piece if I remember correctly.

    Led turn signal install

    shine on I just replaced my faded lenses and rusted, water-logged internal parts, with whole new units from Boyce Equipment ( $58.95 a piece). They are not LED. The new piece is laying on the fender, not yet installed, in attached pic.

    Found metal in my transfer case

    parts is parts I found a small hunk of metal in my transfer case too when I drained it. This 1987 M335A2C air force reserves truck only had 13,800 miles on it when I got it, no rebuild. I am not going to worry about it. Ignorance is bliss.
