It depends on your state requirements. In Virginia personal use is exempt from needing a CDL. One of my past post covered all the Virginia law.

I have the CARC on my M1009 and am always spilling fuel oil at the fuel tank fillup. I have used ether starting fluid to remove it. I don't know how it would work with the heavier oil you are talking about.

From what you are saying it sounds fine. From what I have been told with gas engines10psi per 1000rpm is right. You need to be more specific though when giving info like this. Give specifically as close to the PSI as you can find determine on the Gage, and the RPM that the engine is going at...

It depends which numbers you are giving are at idle and which are at speed. If the 30psi is at idle then that is ok to me.

The shelter is ziggyo's. It is real nice, and they have a quiet generator to power it all. I should have asked to see the inside as I am looking to buy one of these in the next few months, and am looking for ideas.
