    Gladhands on rear of Deuce

4SGen, IS there a difference as far as operational function ? Blue standard, Red emergency. Same CFM ? and PSI ? The gauge in the Deuce when it airs up reads ~120 PSI, as far as I can remember. My end use is to run an air powered pump to transfer oil to a tank in the bed. TG

    Gladhands on rear of Deuce

Hey all, Does anyone know if the glade hands on the rear end of the deuce are standard gladhands. If you can look at the attached URL, I want to hook up an air hose to the existing connector, is this the part I would order to hook up. TG

General, Cant wait to see what you come up with. I would love to see pictures. It will be interesting to see what kind of results you get running straight oil @ room temp. TG

    50/50 Mix for Multi

Re: Centrifuge When I spoke to Dieselcraft, the guy I spoke to John, said that you have to break the vicous bond between the oil and the contaminates. You can heat the oil first, thus thinning it out and breaking the bond, or you can mix it with gas or diesel to thin it out to break the bond...

    50/50 Mix for Multi

Centrifuge Henry, I placed an order for the OC20 from Dieselcraft.com It was all totaled around $319.00 and change including shipping. It's a big nut up front and I thought about not doing it but the time savings and the fact that you don't have to mess with filters weighted significantly in...

    50/50 Mix for Multi

Air powered transfer pump Hey Guys, Ordered the centrifuge today, looks like a two week lead time. Next up - getting the oil from the companies who have it, to a 250 gallon HHO tank located in the back of the deuce. 250 gallons per haul I think is reasonable. I was looking to use stuff...

    50/50 Mix for Multi

How much are you guys paying for WMO ? I have a guy that sells it for .25/gal Is this reasonable? I can get large quantities, so it's worth it for me to shag it with the deuce, and pump it into holding tanks in the barn. Also, will use some of it to heat the barn as well. TG

Cut wmo first 50/50 then centrifuge

Thanks 2 Star, I think I will at some point have to go the heated route, or a mix of both, but wanted to make the investment in the centrifuge without the other related infrastructure. Ultimatly, my ideal setup would also include a waste oil heater and a lister cs. I will acquire the...

Cut wmo first 50/50 then centrifuge

Hey all, On Friday I spoke with John @ dieselcraft concerning cutting the wmo first with gas or diesel to thin it out prior to running it through the centrifuge rather than heating to thin out the oil prior to cleaning. He told me that either way works just fine, the goal is to break the...

Oil / Gas mix to fuel deuce

Hey all, I have read plenty of posts where individuals are mixing gas and used motor oil. Has anyone ever used Synthetic oil in the mixture? My Deuce just arrived last night, and I have been collecting used motor oil, but I have no idea if any of it is Synthetic oil. Does it matter? I will...

    Oil filter adapter

Ren, No doubt, My deuce arrives today, as I go through it and change out all the fluids, This is going to be the first mod I make. There were a few threads on the site concerning the modification, and it peaked my interest due in part to it's simplicity. Thanks for the reply.

    Oil filter adapter

Has anyone had any long term experience with the oil filter adapter such as those listed in the classifides on SS. I was looking at filter replacements also, looks like a complete kit cost around 100 bucks from Memphis - includes fuel filter also. I have to believe for the price of the...

My ears will be ringing for a week...but she's home!

RE: My ears will be ringing for a week...but she Racer, I read here how a lot of folks Drive these home from GL, coming from Chambersburg, did you have a temp plate of sorts or a dealers plate. I wonder if some of the guys just get in a drive. Who's going to pull over a Deuce?
