I have seen some home built trailers that were of better quality then the one you have now.

I would love to have room, and money, for an 820. only real downside I could see for making it into a camper is everything would have to be bolted to the middle when open, unless you put the items on rollers. Would be limited on bathroom/shower options.

There was an F16 body that was on GL not that long ago from a crash, demil required, of course, for what was left. I doubt it will make the scrap yard just yet. take it back to the repair show give it a good overhaul and it will be fine.

I would say skip doing the sf97 and just go to the DMV and title it as home made.

This would not be a tandem trailer setup, but a full trailer.
