Not a pro Sas but I think a fresh well built engine can handle it.. Its the old worn down engine that cant take it for a sustained period of time.. My opinion anyway.

The notch for the pry bar is in the locking ring grove. Most of the time you can not see it until you pry apart at the split and then you can put another pry bar into the grove and work it around. You must brake the bead though and hold the tire bead down past the lock ring and get it started to...
