    deuce breakdown?

This is how most people on here started, well I need this to do this..then that. And the fall into the looney bin is a fast drop, I am on my 3rd vehicle right now. Yes there are easier ways then just getting a second truck, Like hooking up 2 vehicles to charge up the batteries, get a pick up to...

    Auctions observations

Drip pan is not a real worry as most of the times it is a military requirement to put a drip pan down. Never really figured out the pallet thing, but I would assume it was for a similar reason. Seeing the fork damage, I doubt they take the time to lift using a pallet. Oh, and I have never see...

    2011 Findlay Ohio military show/swap

Last year David Kelone had his dog there. Once again, we really need to come up with a way to identify ourselves, since I have only met 4 members in person, I would like to meet more.

    box for....

Since you drilled holes in the bed for the bolts why not tack nuts on the outside of the holes, that way you can eliminate the other person for installation and removal? I am trying to get ideas.

    box for....

I like it, nice and simple. But out of curiosity, why bolt it down and not make it a little bigger so you can use the stake pockets?

    Honey, look at this...

Welcome, I did the same thing for my wife. Makes it so much easier, especially when she is at work and I need a picture printed. So you are not the only one that has had it done to her.

    VIN INFO Donations

Due to the financial situation that most people faced last year I think a grand in donations is not doing too bad. Could it have been better of course, but a lot of people are running on a couple dollars at a time to have free. And it was nice to have a total for how much was raised for them.

    Adding a winch to a WO/W truck

I doubt it would be much more difficult of a job then on a deuce, but a bit heavier.

So who won the $2100 fording kit?

The Guard has been getting rid of the trucks as well, BUT I would speculate FMS (foreign military sales).

So who won the $2100 fording kit?

"There were two people who bid $2000. " That's true, but remember not everyone who collects MV's is on this site for information.

So who won the $2100 fording kit?

I think that is why the price ran away, there are not a lot of original kits available, someone saw the rare "complete" kit and said I have to have it, nobody else does. And away went the price. Probably someone who has been watching the main sources for parts and could never find one there...

So who won the $2100 fording kit?

I bet he knew, especially when we told him he was sitting on a lot of money with it. I never figured it was that much money.
