I saw that trailer on ebay, plus the pics the former owner posted up on here. I wanted that to carry my mule around, but you beat me to it.
Good score.
I can't find my email, but from what I was told from the DMV. There is a form you have to fill out, that give the "history" of the previous owners. I don't remember the form number off hand. I asked as I was looking at a couple trailers with no titles.
The fines may be stiff, but I would love to see them come to some of the off road places people take their trucks, or for that matter fine someone with a man pack radio (prc77) out in the middle of nowhere. Somehow I don't see that happening.
Registration will depend on how much you want it to weigh, I had mine set to 17,000 pounds (13860 just truck) and that was 340 a year. Then I decided to get antique plates as I would not be hauling as much as I thought.
This is off the DMV website...
Where did you find a place to go offroad?
After power washing trucks in Kuwait to come home, I will never complain about doing them here again. I spent 8 hours washing a 5 ton so the inspectors could say I missed a spot.
Just got most of the parts we needed in, only thing that was not there was the tie rod. Now have to do some clean up of the parts and paint. But the good news all the mechanical parts are there to be put on and run it again.
Anyone have a side view of a mule in a 105 trailer behind a deuce...
