    I have one that does that as well, I shoot WD40 down it and soak it then beat the daylights out of it. One of these days I am going to replace that socket. Since the piece is broke off, get a small diameter piece of pipe and go at it from underneath the pocket

    well looking at the interior pic (#4), I would say the window looks off track and is an easy fix. the hood for the most part can be popped back out, the crease might not. I would go up the and find anyone at the station and chat with them, or find the chief. And see what he says.

    Looking to buy a HMMWV, What do i look for?

    The HMMWV is not slow by any means, I had an M1097 with shelter and towing a 5K generator, doing 70 before. Granted it was flat land. So much for the 45 MPH convoy speed. The 2 deuces we had in the convoy both needed new engines after that haul. I never broke that truck an all the years I drove...
