That was why I made mine. But instead of mounting mine on top of the bumper, I put mine on the outsides. Never really liked the idea until I was about to buy a truck from the old Extreme Offroad, the truck had them on with the winch cable wrapped around them. and they grew on me.

Yes, you can repaint the numbers. My truck is getting my old units numbers, granted they changed designation a couple years ago.

Does anyone have a pic showing the difference between the M149 and M149a1. I know the M149a2 has a round tank, but the other 2 have the odd shaped tank. so i am looking for those pics to see what is unique between them. The TM does not show any differences as far as I could see.

I know when I was overseas the units would use, fuel can brackets for the door steps. I dont remember where the rest of the stuff came from.

M36 seat dont go from front to back in one piece, there is 2 segments to accomidate for the drop side portion.

I would not try to print all the manuals, will take A LOT of paper and ink, just print what you need. Like in this case the start up procedures and troubleshooting parts.
