Sorry, didn't answer your question. I used a little grease to help hold the spring in place during reassembly. Spring did not want to cooperate.

One thing I failed to mention, right after all the problems started, I removed the IP delivery cap nut, the holder, the gasket the spring and the valve to insure the plunger wasn't stuck. All seemed good so I put everything back in place but it did not help. Could I have buggered something up...

So with master switch moved to the prime/run position, this only primes fuel to the pump and does not prime to the injectors. IS this correct please?

The heater was very hard to unscrew from the head and very hard to screw back in as well. The other 3 came out and went back in very smoothly. The hard one was the last cylinder furtherest from the fan.

But that was with the heaters removed and connected directly to the batteries. So I know they were getting 24V

takes about 22 seconds for them to get glowing red hot

heaters are all good but, I'm only getting 21v to the heaters with 24v going into K2. will this cause the heaters not to get hot enough.
