yes , we have always called em recovery bottles, same thing just a different name , also eagle i was planning to do away with the water heater altogether and run an arctic fuel burner ,
Im still working on getting all the hoses on my a2 repaired .This seems like a good time to ask this ,
can a coolant filter be used with a fuel fired coolant heater ? Also has anyone managed to hookup a recovery bottle to an a2 if so please point me to it .(yes i have looked , nothing is coming up)
i pulled my winch , that thing was HEAVY.

ok its mounted to the deuce, so this seem like the right spot.
To start with i have test run the winch several times , worked flawless.
I removed the cable , checked the fluid level on the winch that's where things started going terribly wrong.
when i stuck my finger in i felt NO oil...
i dont mean to hi-jack this thread , but as far as im seeing the civy and mil pickups are more or less identical . would it be all that difficult to take a civilian 87 chevy pickup stuff a mil engine , the cucv bumper, and paint it green,same truck more or less or am i missing something?

ok this should be a fairly common issue , yet no-one seems to have given a straight answer yet.
on an m35 what gauge sheet metal should be used to make patch panels for the cab specifically for the back plate , and cab corners?
sweet marry mother of christ , i just went to order this today , it is 360 for JUST the master , the bracket is another 400 just a heads up it is NOT 400 total
i was told there would be a discount if enough ordered , the problem is i was not told how many were needed , or what the discount would be.
really when first mentioned this i expected a lot bigger response.
Reaper, they manufacture the whole thing, bracket ,master;everything.
As far as I know they designed it as a more or less drop in replacement for the old military single circuit one.
According to the guy from M-series-rebuild i spoke to they built these in bulk for a number foreign military...
