Sounds like you got it bad!
My number 1 tip is to find another Steel Soldiers member near you with a M35A2 and see if you can meet up with them and get them to give you a good intro to these trucks. Getting some seat time on one before you pick up yours is always a plus, too. There are so many...
I think you might be confusing a brake bleeder (such as R4x4's you linked to) with the bleed screw on the caliper (or on the wheel cylinder in the case of drum brakes)... anybody else thinking this?
You use the power brake bleeder to pressurize the brake system and pump more fluid in (or to...
I will say the appeal of a summer rally is that it doesn't interfere with school, unlike the GA Rally, LA Rally, or just about any of the other rallies.
M56 is just the Truck, Chassis. It won't have the standard M37 cargo bed on it, but it may have a wide variety of other beds/bodies on it (maintenance bodies, etc...). M56 Chassis (G-741)
Good to know--I will keep that in mind going forward. Better to know that now than to learn it in the rain going down through the mountains (which is when I found out my driver's side motor was stuck).
Not sure how well they work with the dual-circuit system, but I think the most proven power bleeder for the 2 1/2 ton is a pump garden sprayer. Right after that is a PVC-pipe reservoir pressurized with compressed air.

Looks like M548 tracked cargo/ammo carriers in the background. What the military didn't want and the Forest Service loved is an MV-addict's wet dream...
TM-9-2320-209-20 is the Organizational Maintenance series, so it has a bunch of different volumes that it's listed under.
TM9-2320-209-20-1 is the Maintenance Schedule
-20-2-1 and -20-2-2 are the Org. Maintenance Troubleshooting
-20-3-1, 2, 3, and 4 are the actual Organization Maintenance...
If I can't get reliable functionality from the driver's side motor with a little bit of tinkering, I think a metal replacement will be the best avenue. If I do that, I'd probably only replace the driver's side as it is the most important. Hopefully the passenger side one doesn't crap out on me...
I have found that while my pass. side windshield wiper motor works like a charm, the driver's side one [naturally] is stuck pretty good. Did you wind up rebuilding your wiper motors, replacing them, or some combination thereof?
Glad your compressor pulley finally came in--now you should be all...
Hey y'all--he's asking for help posting pictures from his iPhone, not for commentary on smartphones.
After all, we always bug people to post pictures, and this is one of the best ways to get pictures posted.
If it doesn't have the MWO # printed on the tag, it just tells you that it went through some sort of rebuild and not actually what was rebuilt/changed.
You could check with John Bizal at Midwest Military. If I remember right, he makes a lot of reproductions WWII Dodge parts, so it's likely that he could point you in the right direction for this truck.
His website is Midwest Military Home Page.
Yes, that indeed looks to be a 1/2 ton WC. Not sure of the correct WC #, though.
My opinion: SAVE IT. I bet you can find almost 100% of the engine parts at Napa, still, as that engine was likely fairly common, if it's anything like the 230 that they put in the 3/4-ton WCs and the M37s.

What's up with the vent line that you're trying to disconnect it/remove it?
Steelandcanvas is correct--it attaches on one end to the top of the master cylinder, and the other end is in the airpack. I haven't looked at it under the truck myself, but I feel like there must be some way to...
